Mount: Sky-Watcher offers a simple solution for amateur astronomers who want to put their small telescope on a comfortable computer-controlled mount, but do not want to use a heavy HEQ5 or EQ6 mount. The EQ3 Pro SynScan mount uses the same GoTo system used in the HEQ5 and EQ6 Pro SynScan™™ mount. It allows the user to set any object or start a guided tour of the night sky with just the push of a button. The extensive database contains over 42,900 objects of the night sky. The Sky-Watcher EQ3 Pro SynScan™ mount is the perfect instrument for the beginner in visual observation or photography to enjoy the new hobby with minimal set-up effort and without already being perfectly familiar with the sky.
