The Starquest series is easily transportable and combines high-quality Sky-Watcher parabolic optics with a powerful and high-quality equatorial Starquest mount. The mount is equipped with a clutch system and gears with 122 teeth in both axes for excellent stability with a maximum payload of 3kg. When the mount is used in equatorial mode and aligned to the celestial pole, it allows easy tracking of night sky objects with the sensitive flexible shafts.

The parabolic 114mm Newtonian telescope with its large 114mm aperture is a powerful all-rounder for observing the moon, brighter planets and nebulae as well as galaxies and star clusters. The equatorial mount comes with a height-adjustable aluminum tripod. Also included is a smartphone holder for easy photography with your smartphone.
