The drive motor can be attached to any Starquest DX mount. The 6Volt right-axis drive enables the telescope to be tracked to the celestial objects at sidereal speed. It can also be operated at 2x, 4x and 8x speed. The motor drive contains a clutch mechanism. The motor is powered by a battery pack for 4 D cells. (Batteries not included!) This motor drive is not suitable for the standard Star Quest mount!
